How Eletusk Collects, Uses, and Protects Your Information
1. Introduction
Eletusk, Corp. ("Eletusk," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of information we collect in connection with our platform and services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you or your organization uses the Eletusk platform (the "Services").
This Privacy Policy applies to: (a) information submitted by business customers and their authorized users in connection with using the Services; and (b) information collected through our marketing website and communications. This Policy is intended for business audiences and does not address consumer privacy rights beyond what is legally required.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
We collect information that you and your organization provide directly to us, including:
Account and registration information: business name, administrator name, email address, phone number, and billing contact information;
Authorized User information: name, business email address, job title, and phone number of individuals granted access to the platform;
Customer Data: project records, task assignments, timelines, files, comments, and other business content uploaded to the platform;
Communications: information you provide when contacting our support team or communicating with us by email.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:
Log data: IP addresses, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time and date of access, and other usage statistics;
Device information: device type, unique device identifiers, and browser settings;
Usage data: feature usage patterns, session duration, and interaction data within the platform;
Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies required for authentication and functionality. [See Section 8 for cookie details.]
2.3 Information We Do Not Collect
We do not intentionally collect: government-issued identification numbers, financial account or payment card data (payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor), health or medical information, or sensitive personal data beyond what is described in this Policy. 3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Service delivery: to provision, operate, maintain, and improve the Eletusk platform;
Account management: to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and process billing;
Customer support: to respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance;
Communications: to send transactional emails (e.g., account confirmations, security alerts, service updates) and, with your consent, marketing communications;
Analytics and improvement: to analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and improve platform features and performance;
Security: to detect, prevent, and respond to unauthorized access, fraud, or other harmful activity;
Legal compliance: to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal process;
Aggregate insights: to generate anonymized, aggregated data for internal analytics and product benchmarking, which does not identify individual users or customers.
4. How We Share Your Information
4.1 We Do Not Sell Your Information
Eletusk does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.
4.2 Authorized Disclosures
We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers: with third-party vendors who assist us in providing the Services (e.g., cloud infrastructure, email delivery, customer support tools), bound by data processing agreements;
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of Eletusk's assets, subject to the successor assuming this Policy;
Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, property, or safety;
With your consent: in other circumstances where we have obtained your explicit consent.
4.3 Customer Control of Customer Data
Customer Data submitted to the Services belongs to the Customer. We process it as a data processor acting on Customer's instructions, as described in our Data Processing Agreement.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements:
Customer Data: retained for the duration of the Subscription Term plus thirty [30] days, after which it is deleted upon Customer's request or in the ordinary course of business;
Account information: retained for the duration of the customer relationship and for twelve [12] months thereafter for legal and operational purposes;
Log and usage data: retained for ninety [90] days in active systems; may be retained in anonymized form for longer periods;
Marketing communications: opt-out data retained indefinitely to honor suppression preferences.
6. Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and customer content against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards may include, as appropriate, encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, logging and monitoring, backups, vulnerability management, and periodic security reviews.
For link-based or email-based status update features, we use access-scoped, time-limited, and revocable links or tokens to restrict access to the requested action. Customers are responsible for managing their authorized users, permissions, devices, account credentials, and invited users’ access to the Services.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information or customer content, we will investigate and provide notices to affected customers, users, regulators, or others as required by applicable law and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement or between Eletusk and the Customer.
7. Your Rights and Choices
7.1 Access and Correction
Authorized Users may access and update their profile information directly within the platform. Customers may contact us at privacy@eletusk.io to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about them, subject to verification and applicable legal exceptions.
7.2 Marketing Communications
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at privacy@eletusk.io. Transactional and service communications are not subject to opt-out and will be sent as necessary to support your account.
7.3 California Residents
To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) applies to your personal information, you may have rights to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used; request deletion of your personal information; and opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information). 8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Services. The types of cookies we use include:
Strictly necessary cookies: required for authentication, session management, and core platform functionality. These cannot be disabled without affecting platform performance.
Analytics cookies: used to understand how users interact with the platform, which pages are visited most frequently, and where errors occur. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. Customers may configure browser settings to block or delete cookies, but some platform functionality may be affected.
9. Third-Party Links and Integrations
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or support integrations with third-party tools. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use in connection with Eletusk. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
10. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended exclusively for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or platform features. We will notify Customers of material changes by email or in-platform notification at least thirty 30 days before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
